Discord: SoliusArt#4333GENERAL TERMSI have the right to decline your commission given I am uncomfortable with the circumstances.If you have specific expectations for the pose, outfit, background, etc. - it would be helpful to provide a visual reference (images found online, for example) or written description. Especially if it's an original character (OC).PAYMENTUpon the completion of the sketch that meets the client's satisfaction, 50% of the total fee is to be paid. Upon receipt of the payment, work will begin on the final artwork. By giving final approval the Client is agreeing that the work is complete and the final payment of 50% the total fee is due.
PayPalPROCESSProgress updates will be provided, completion of the lineart, completion and scanning of the hand done work. The client may request small changes however a major change may require renegotiation of the timeframe and fee. When work on the final artwork is completed a lower resolution version will be sent to the client for final approval.Once the price is paid in full the artwork will be provided in the form a high resolution file through DISCORD DMsTIMEFRAMEYour commission will be completed around two weeks of payment.Outside factors may cause a delay in this timeframe.
If this occurs, I will notify you of the situation asap and provide you an estimate of the new completion date.Outside factors that may cause a delay:
Health, work, complexity, school or family issues.Please be patientCOPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI SoliusArt, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.
Therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or site
Display and post it wherever I want.You, the client, may:
Use the artwork for personal use.
Print the art
Claim ownership of your character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Alter the finished artwork yourself as you see fit.
Use the art to promote yourself, given proper credit to I, the artist.
USAGE FOR PROFILE PICTURES IS ACCEPTABLE GIVEN CREDIT.You, the client, may NOT:
Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way)
Take credit for the creation of the artwork.
Remove any watermarks/signatures.
If you want full ownership of your commission you must pay I SoliusArt, the Artist 300% of the original priceCANCELING / REFUND POLICYIf at any point the client chooses to cancel the contract and forfeit the work done so far any payments already made are non-refundable. If at any point the client has failed to respond to sketches or status updates provided for a period of longer than one week this contract may be rendered void and further work will require renegotiation.Communication is key.
